Steve
Steve is an educator and mentor to students both inside and outside the classroom and is an author of his own curriculum on entrepreneurship, The 86400 Program. Formerly, Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Dominican University, a lecturer at the College of Engineering University of California Berkeley, Center for Entrepreneurship, Adjunct Professor of Graduate Accounting and Ethics, St. Mary’s College of California, Adjunct Professor of Business, Ohlone College, and mentor with the John F. Kennedy University Institute of Entrepreneurial Leadership. His research interests include the study of the conative faculty of the mind – as a predictor of entrepreneurship skills. Steve gives some of his best current and former students the opportunity to work on real life emerging businesses development and strategy.

Dustin N. Slade
Attorney
Dustin is an adept transactional attorney handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, and complex b2b contracts. He is also a veteran commercial litigation attorney with extensive experience handling cases at all trial and appellate levels in state and federal court, including the Supreme Court. At the same time, Dustin has in-depth startup experience from a business management perspective, handling both operations for a geospatial artificial intelligence start-up and sales for a biosciences start-up.
Dustin graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, in 2005, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2010, where he served as Senior Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Dustin is also fluent in Spanish and, while at Harvard, completed a semester abroad at La Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago, where his academic research and all coursework and examinations were conducted in Spanish.
Outside of practicing law, Dustin is a volunteer service missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and is the author of No Objection: How to Hire a Lawyer You Don’t Hate.

Todd Neil has spent the past 20 years in public accounting, building business attributes from company start-up to dissolution. He currently acts in Controller/CFO roles for more than a dozen small businesses, and sits on the Advisory Board of multiple non-profit organizations.
